Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. International shipping fees apply, and rates vary by location
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For expedited shipping options, check the available options at checkout. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.
Once your order has been confirmed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to orders once they’ve been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Glow Dailey product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused products within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number
To return a product, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected], and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Directions
Glow Dailey products are designed to be used in a simple, intentional routine. Follow the steps below for best results.
Daily Routine (Morning and Night)
Step 1: Cleanse
Start with Glow Getter Cleanser to remove dirt, oil, makeup, and buildup. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
Step 2: Tone
Apply Glow Balance Toner using a cotton pad or clean hands. This helps balance the skin and prepares it for hydration.
Step 3: Eye Cream
Using your ring finger, gently tap Glow Latte Eye Cream around the under-eye area. Do not rub.
Step 4: Moisturize
Apply your Glow Dailey moisturizer to the face and neck to lock in hydration.
Morning Only: Finish with sunscreen.
Mask Day Routine (2 to 3 Times Per Week)
On days you use the Glow & Reveal Mask, follow this order:
Step 1: Cleanse
Always cleanse first using Glow Getter
Cleanser.
Step 2: Apply Glow & Reveal Mask
Apply an even layer to clean, dry skin. Avoid the eye and lip areas. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3: Remove Mask
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat skin dry.
Step 4: Tone
Apply Glow Balance Toner to rebalance and calm the skin after masking.
Step 5: Eye Cream
Gently tap Glow Latte Eye Cream around the eyes.
Step 6: Moisturize
Finish with your Glow Dailey moisturizer.
Morning Mask Day: Follow with sunscreen.
Night Mask Day: End with moisturizer.
How Often Should I Use Each Product?
Cleanser, toner, eye cream, moisturizer: Daily, morning and night
Glow & Reveal Mask: 1 to 2 times per week
